Bryan Ha, Of Counsel, has worked with Mr. Kaplan since 2005. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkley in 1996 and in 2000 he received his JD degree from Tulane University School of Law. Given his extensive litigation experience in both civil and criminal matters, Bryan has played an important role in the trial of some of the firm’s most complex matters. For example, Bryan assisted in the firm’s successful defense of Goldman Sachs partner and NYSE specialist Patrick Murphy in a six week SEC trial, and assisted in obtaining the acquittal of a business executive after a three week trial in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
