Kenneth J. Kaplan formerly served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of New York from 1972 to 1977, where he was Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division, and Chief of the Official Corruption Unit. In 1977 he co-founded the criminal law boutique, Kaplan & Katzberg, which has been involved in many of the major white collar investigations and cases during the past thirty eight years.
